The Art of Participatory Leadership in Business - March 2016
This is what people say:
Thanks again so much for an absolutely fantastic training!
I appreciate a lot about the training. First of all new knowledge, second all the wonderful people I was able to meet due to this program, third the confidence it gave me I am on the right path. Overall the program opened my mind even further, inspired me to continue on my journey and made me realize I am not alone on this journey which gives me a lot of confidence.

The atmosphere was safe where I felt I could explore and move beyond my comfort zone and explore limiting beliefs. I could let new talents surface, I could admire other people very different from me for who they are and learn from them.
On the first day I told the group my call: I’m here to grow courage to host a big group. On the last day at the check-out this is what I realized: I found the courage within myself to show my vulnerability. Learning: When I dare to show my vulnerability I feel strong.
I realize I also need to give you feedback on how to improve. But to be honest, I don’t know what I would have improved, for me it was perfect in every way. Such sincerity, generousness and love in such a big group of people. Seriously, it was the way it should have been.

I liked the most the atmosphere, quality and connection between participants. We all co-created this reality but the role of hosts and the way they were keeping space was crucial and extremely well done. This was the most important condition of success !
Also, I appreciated the way all the Tools were explored, by application to real cases, and giving space to initiative.
The agility of the whole event : the way of hosting those who wanted to offer or bring something to the group was a big discovery for me !
Yolande Demiran, France
I appreciated the supportive environment, the warm people, the (very) effective meeting sessions and the professional explanations of the models. I appreciated the moments we got in touch with our intentions and ambitions. No I do not think it is necessary to give it more attention than it has. It was perfect as it was.

The calling question. The energy and commitment from the hosts and facilitators. The beautiful location. The meaningful conversations. The storytellers. The football. The snow. The collective wisdom. Maaike's beautiful circle check-in harvest on day one that created the sense of shared purpose for the entire training.

Getting to know the nature of the AoH work, seeing all these participatory tools in action, the meticulous care with which this program was prepared and hosted, great facilitation skills.
